CRRT and ECMO would be great if candidates have this exp, but not a deal breaker.

**SCREEN if a few months shy of 1.5 exp mark with strong skills**
Special Equipment : **** Will float to NICU - Would be nice to see NICU/PICU in their work history, but they are ok if they were not employed in a NICU. They are ok with those who have floated to NICU and are comfortable caring for that population *****
Peds Travelers might be asked to go be a resource in the Peds ED (starting IVs, help with meds, etc). They will never be asked to be primary on ED patients but could be given an assignment of admitted Peds patient being held in the ER awaiting bed placement.
