must live 100 miles away 4 10-hour shifts- 0630 1700. Varying day off depending on OR needs and call day. Call required - 4-5 per month to include a minimum of one weekend day, 24 hours weekday call days will be from 1700 0630. 30 minute callback time. Day off the day following call if able otherwise days off will be according to need. Robotics, Ortho, Urology experience required all other specialties except for eyes, hearts, thoracic, and vascular are preferred. At least 2 years experience, ACLS, PALS and BLS required.
